Record to Report Team Leader (R2R/RtR) – North Dublin – up to c.€73,000
Our client based in North Dublin has gown rapidly in the past few years and have plans to continue to do so. They now have a need for a Team Leader to manage & develop a team of four. This role is hands on, overseeing a number of entities across Europe (mainly UK & Ireland).
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of a team of both qualified & part-qualified accountants
- Ensure all processes & procedures including compliance are followed and where possible improved upon
- Lead the banking, intercompany & fixed asset process for a number of European entities
- Review of monthly journals & balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with and oversee the month-end close
- Deliver an overview and insightful analysis & reporting
Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- Previous experience of staff development with a SSC environment would be ideal
- SAP4HANA knowledge would be a distinct advantage
- As a leader, excellent communication is essential
