Practice Manger – Waterford - €70,000 - €80,000 doe
Our client based in fabulous office in the heart of Waterford City, is looking for a Practice Manager to join their growing team. This is a brand-new role for the firm. Working closely with the managing partner with a view to potentially taking over the practice in the new few years. A great mix of Audit, Tax and Accounts Preparation, this firm has a wide range of loyal clients and are getting busier by the day.
Responsibilities
- Work with the established team and help with developing the trainees
- Build upon and manage the existing client relationships becoming a true finance partner
- Work with clients on budgets, cashflows and forecasting
- Deal with incoming questions and provide solutions
- Work with both audit & audit exempt clients providing financial statements and other firmwide services
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with a solid knowledge of accounting standards
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent relationship builder
- Proven staff management & development
- This very much a partner orientated role, the relationship between this role and the managing partner will be key to it’s success
Remuneration
- Base c €70,000 - €80,000 – as this is a new role, there is flex with how the remuneration is packaged and will also include profit share. Five days in the office, hours flexible
