Mergers & Acquisitions Executive – up to €65,000 – North Dublin          

Our client has a very ambitious five-year growth plan of which much of the growth will be via acquisitions.  Our client has recently completed one very successful acquisition in the UK and is on the hunt for several more of the next few years.  This is a brand-new role allowing the successful person to shape the role.  This Irish owned global business ensures you will have access to the C-suite on a regular basis. 

Reporting to the M&A Director

Responsibilities

• Industry research, identifying opportunities
• Financial modelling & analysis of potential acquisitions
• Due diligence pre-acquisition
• Involvement in all aspects of the deals from identification to execution
• Company valuations
• Managing projects, liaising with stakeholders both internal & external

Requirement

• Qualified accountant (top 10)  with some Corporate Finance experience 
• Excellent communicator – both written & verbal due to the heavy involvement with stakeholders
• Attention to detail – your input will influence potential acquisitions; all research & analysis needs to be best in class
• Strong MS Excel skills & financial modelling
• Competencies – Influence, Decision making, Strategic thinker

Remuneration

• €65,000 plus benefits & bonus.  WFH policy in place
