Group Accountant – 12 mth contract (view to perm) – Dublin 4Salary up to €70,000Reporting to Director of Financial ReportingDue to a global ERP implementation, a team member has temporarily joined the implementation team, leaving a Group Accountant position available for initially 12 months. This is a rapidly growing company, it would be hoped for a permanent opportunity to open up at the end of the contract.Responsibilities - Assist with preparing the Group Consolidation pack, concentrating on overheads
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Provide monthly analysis and insights on overheads
- Assist with year end audits & tax filings
- Work with junior team members to develop knowledge & skills
- Work with budget stakeholder highlight variances and reforecasting where necessary
- Review controls & reconciliations and identify where potential improvements could be made
Requirements - Qualified accountant with ideally up to 2 yrs pqe
- Excellent level of Excel is essential
- Great team player & strong communicator – this is collegiate environment
- Results driven and self motivated
Remuneration - Base salary between €60,000 - €70,000 depending on experience (no bonus), 25 days annual leave, hybrid working environment
