Financial Controller – 12 months initially – salary up to €90,000 – Dublin 6Would you like to join a growing company at a strategic level, helping Divisional MD’s develop their markets? This could be for you.
Based in the heart of Dublin 6, this well-respected communications company is experiencing exponential growth and is now looking initially to cover a maternity leave, starting mid April, but potential opportunities beyond.
Responsibilities - Manage and lead the finance team
- Contribute as part of a five member Senior Leadership Team
- Work with Division MD’s bringing finance to ‘life’, put relevant KPI’s & dashboards in place
- Provide insights, assist with pricing, tenders etc
- Deliver budgets, forecasts, variances & solutions.
- Improve systems, automate where possible
- Report to the FD and the wider Executive Committee
Requirements - Qualified accountant, with strong commercial acumen
- Successfully executed strategic plans
- Flexible and agile finance style creating solutions to commercial challenges and supporting the delivery of financial results in a fast paced SME
- This role is in the communications field, communication would need to be exceptional
- Coaching & mentoring experience would be very helpful but not essential
Remuneration - Up to €90,000 – hybrid work model, three days in the office, bonus, parking, 25 days leave
