Financial Controller – Dublin 2 – 4 days per week – Six figures (pro rata)Reporting to CEOOur fabulous client is at the cutting edge of all things digital. Growing rapidly, they are now looking for a sole contributor Financial Controller to work as part of the leadership team helping guide the next stage of their success.What’s the best thing about this role, outside of the brilliant people, great clients and role content? They work a ‘remote first’ policy. It’s into the office once a week only (naturally there will be the odd occasion where more time in the office is needed, particularly at the start).Responsibilities - Financial Reporting
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Cashflow management
- Payroll
- Audit point of contact
- Strategic planning
Requirements - Qualified accountant, ideally practice trained, but not essential
- Knowledge of the communications/digital/web development sector would be ideal
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller for an SME
- Strong communication skills will be essential
- Solid background and experience working as a Financial Controller as a sole contributor. This is a stand alone role. You will need to be able to wear a few hats – payroll, reporting, strategy etc.
Remuneration - Six figures (pro -rata’d for 4 days), bonus, pension, health cover, flexible working
