Finance & Operations Executive

Finance & Operations Executive - Dublin 15 – Salary up to €45,000 plus bonus

Our medical distribution client has only been established in recent years and has already exceeded all revenue expectations and do not see this slowing down!   This is resulted in a new need for a finance person (accounting technician or part qualified or bookkeeper) who is keen to be the point of contact for all finance duties and office related queries.

Responsibilities

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Banking
• Stock management
• Revenue (Intrastat return, VAT returns etc)
• Payroll (monthly) & expenses
• Management accounts
• Cashflow projections

Requirements

• Qualified bookkeeper or accounting technician or by experience
• Excellent communicator – you will attend weekly & monthly meetings on all finance matters
• Organised, attention to detail and solutions driven
• Team player

Remuneration

• €45,000 plus bonus & benefits
